Volunteering with Koinonia
Help us serve of 1600 students in East Tennessee alongside Koinonia! The Koinonia Foundation's Koinonia Classroom serves special education classes in 8 East Tennessee counties and 1 West Tennessee county. YPK members will be spending an evening packing boxes and organizing supplies that will be given to over 150 classrooms and serving 1600 students.

Bike Ride to UT Creamery
Join YPK for a bike ride and a cool treat on 8/26! We'll be biking from the parking lot at Bearden Bike & Trail at 5:30 PM, along the Third Creek Greenway, to the UT Creamery across from UT's Sorority Village. This is a no-drop ride and will be mainly on greenway and sidewalks. Bring whatever bike you get around on! If you need supplies or anything beforehand, Bearden Bike & Trail should be open.

Join us for an adventurous YPK group outing at Navitat at Ijams, a tree-based zipline and rope course adventure park! We’ll climb, zip, and swing our way through the treetops together on a course that’s safe for all experience levels.

Volunteering at KAPA Kitchen Food Pantry
Join YPK in volunteering with the KAPA Kitchen Food Pantry! The KAPA Kitchen exists to be a life changing bridge for patients experiencing food insecurities during times of navigating health care. YPK volunteers will be spending an evening support the KAPA Kitchen team in organizing the Food Pantry.

Join YPK in volunteering for the Children's Festival of Reading at World's Fair Park! This event is hosted by Knoxville County Public Library. Thousands of kids, with their families, will meet popular authors and enjoy storytellers, musicians and entertainers. There will be food vendors, crafts and activities for the whole family. YPK is honored to support the future readers & leaders!

YPK Outdoor Affinity Group: Run/Walk Club
