Young Professionals of Knoxville is the area's premiere leadership and professional development organization. Our programming and events are designed to enhance the leadership skills of area young professionals so they can flourish and succeed at your organization.
We are pleased to offer Business and Non-Profit Memberships. These memberships are designed to enhance the benefits you already offer to your employees. Business and Non-Profit Memberships provide your organization's employees with all of the benefits of YPK membership, at a discount. Once purchased, YPK manages the onboarding, employee engagement, and transfer (if needed) of the membership.
Your investment in our efforts will empower your business's and organization's young leaders to connect, develop, and serve Knoxville both today and for years to come!
How Business & Non-Profit Memberships Work
Employers pre-pay YPK for a set allotment of memberships at the beginning of the arrangement. Discounts are available as more memberships are purchased. Membership stays with the organization. If an individual leaves, YPK membership is transferable to another employee.
Membership is good for one year based on the date set forth in the arrangement. Your employees would complete the New Member Application located at www.ypknox.com/membership (available throughout the year) using your organization's designated discount code. This code prevents employees from being charged for their membership. New member applications are approved each month during YPK Board meetings.

YPK invites young professionals (ages 21 and up) who live, work, or play in Knoxville to become a member.
