Battleson, Assistant Professor of Information Systems at East Tennessee State University. Dr. Battleson brings a wealth of experience from a 24-year professional career spanning roles at SAP America, John Deere, and the U.S. Army. As the architect of ETSU’s Intelligent Enterprise academic program, he collaborates with industry partners to shape curriculum, foster internships, and drive joint research. His expertise includes turning around complex information system projects and advancing innovative enterprise technologies, with research published in leading journals such as the European Journal of Information Systems and IEEE IT Professional.
In addition to exploring trends and challenges in technology, Dr. Battleson will share his multidisciplinary career trajectory and lessons learned across multiple sectors.
