Participants will learn the fundamentals of critical path method (CPM) project scheduling, including precedence diagrams, Gantt charts, activity relationships, forward and backward passes, and float, and apply the learning in interactive group exercises.

Volunteering with Koinonia

Help us serve of 1600 students in East Tennessee alongside Koinonia! The Koinonia Foundation's Koinonia Classroom serves special education classes in 8 East Tennessee counties and 1 West Tennessee county. YPK members will be spending an evening packing boxes and organizing supplies that will be given to over 150 classrooms and serving 1600 students.

Join YPK for a bike ride and a cool treat on 8/26! We'll be biking from the parking lot at Bearden Bike & Trail at 5:30 PM, along the Third Creek Greenway, to the UT Creamery across from UT's Sorority Village. This is a no-drop ride and will be mainly on greenway and sidewalks. Bring whatever bike you get around on! If you need supplies or anything beforehand, Bearden Bike & Trail should be open.
