Speaker Bio

Ed Pershing is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pershing, Yoakley, and Associates and has led the Firm’s growth from its formation with three employees to its position today as the ninth largest privately owned healthcare management consulting firm in the country.

PYA has consistently been ranked by Modern Healthcare among the Top 20 (public and private) healthcare management consulting firms in the country, with approximately 80% of its practice rooted in the healthcare industry. Also, Ed has established several affiliate companies across various sectors—investment advisory, real estate, healthcare claims audit and analysis, and analytics.

On November 9, 2018, Ed was named Entrepreneur of the Year by his alma mater, the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business, at the 10th Annual Gala and Alumni Awards.
