Nelson is an award-winning talent acquisition leader with over 27 years of experience guiding teams across staffing, hospitality, and healthcare. Recognized as a Top 100 Talent Acquisition Professional in both 2024 and 2025, his career highlights also include the President’s Excellence Award for Recruitment & Retention Improvement and the Recruiting Innovation Award.
In December 2024, Nelson launched Pinnacle Sales Recruitment, a national staffing firm specializing in sales. Known for his leadership, vision, and innovation in talent strategy, he brings a wealth of expertise to this session.
Outside of his professional achievements, Nelson values family and adventure—he has been married to his wife Jeanne for 28 years, has two children, a grandson, two dogs, and enjoys getting behind the wheel of his Jeep.
