Congratulations to the 47 new members of the Young Professionals of Knoxville!
YPK allows young professionals an opportunity to build their networks, improve their leadership skills, and give back to the community. YPK also introduces their members to businesses and venues around the city that they may not have been familiar with. I think that being active in the community, both socially and through servitude, helps young professionals become more invested in the place we live and work.

So, you want to join Young Professionals of Knoxville (YPK), or maybe you’re already a member, but do you really have to pay the fees yourself? Maybe not. We all know that YPK is a worthwhile investment, but how do you convince your employer that it’s worth your time and their money?
YPK Happy Hours are a great way to meet new people and to build new relationships. Going to all of our happy hours and General Membership meetings have been great for me personally and professionally.
YPK provides the platform we need to continue to make Knoxville a great place to live. Whether it's giving members access to behind the scenes tours with local companies, exposing folks to non-profit organizations and how to be involved, or making a new friend, there's really something our organization can provide for everyone.
YPK has opened doors for me, and allowed me to meet amazing people like Rob Petrone who has inspired me to follow my dreams. Nita Sexton that will go out of her way to help anyone. Alan Moore who allowed young professionals to be developed and use their talents.

Young Professionals of Knoxville (YPK) has launched a new personal and professional development series – Let’s Do Lunch! Are you passionate about something? Do you have an interesting hobby? The Young Professionals of Knoxville would like to congratulate the graduates of the 2018 Leadership Certificate program. These young professionals completed an 8-week intensive course, learning how to set and achieve personal and professional goals, discussing leadership and the qualities of a good leader, and discovering their own strengths and how to apply them at work and in the community.
