On the evening of Friday, October 27, attendees of Young Professionals of Knoxville’s 11th Annual Impact Awards gathered together at The Press Room, dressed in their best winter cocktail attire to honor and celebrate businesses, organizations, and individuals who support young professionals in our community. The result was an evening full of celebration, fun, making new connections, and honoring some of the best that Knoxville has to offer.
This year's YPK Impact Awards ceremony was a resounding success, bringing together the best and brightest young leaders from Knoxville and the surrounding areas. The event showcased the incredible talent and dedication that exists within our community to connect, develop, and serve our Knoxville.
The evening began with a champagne toast with the finalists’ followed by a cocktail hour, where attendees had the opportunity to enjoy a drink, see familiar faces, and make new connections. After that, guests were invited to find their seat at their table and enjoy a delicious buffet catered by The Press Room.
After dinner, current YPK leaders introduced the awards portion of the evening. They spoke to the contributions, impact, and accomplishments of each nominee — all very deserving of the recognition they received! As each award winner was announced, the recipient approached the stage to receive their award and posed for a photo.
We closed the evening with music, dancing, socializing, and the chance for all our guests to grab a photo op with the YPK backdrop!
